Diesel Kiki (Seltec)
Engine-Drive Compressor
  The Diesel Kiki (also known by the name of its US distributor - Seltec) is the swash plate compressor used by well-known marine refrigeration system manufacturers Sea Frost and Grunert.  Diesel Kiki compressors are functionally interchangeable with those by made by Sanden.

Multi-Refrigerant Compatibility
Diesel Kiki compressors are delivered with PAG (polyalkaline glycol) oil.  PAG oil is compatible with all common refrigerants including R-12 and R-134a.  No flushing is required. 

Hose Connections & Valves
While the compressor itself is the same, various system manufacturers use a number of  different connectors. Additionally, older "R-12" compressors have 1/4" flare charging ports built into the compressor body.  The new compressor do not have these charge ports.  However, they can be added on.  Use our Connector and Porting Guide to assistant you in identifying various connection options and adapting this compressor to your needs.
 
 

Capacity
The chart below shows the compressor capacity using R-134a at a high-side pressure of 235 psig and a low-side (evaporator) pressure of 35 psig .

Conversions - Input power 1 kW = 1.34 Hp.  Capacity 1kW-h = 3,410 Btu/hr
