Refrigeration Parts Solution supplies both air-cooled and water-cooled condensers and evaporators.  Most coils can be used as either an evaporator or condenser.  If you are designing your own system and are unsure of how to size these parts, we strongly suggest that you purchase one of our technical books for guidance.  No matter what system you own or wish to build, an RParts heat exchanger will provide the performance you need.  Replacing one on an existing system?  Our air-cooled coils, shell-in-tube and tube-in-tube units are all guaranteed to meet or exceed the quality of the original equipment. In many cases your RParts component is actually manufactured for us by the very same company that made your original OEM part.  You'll get the same part at a fraction of the cost!

RParts stocks 3 sizes of air cooled coils suitable for use as both condensers and evaporators. They are constructed of copper tube and aluminum fins for easy installation and high performance. Coil 012-1001 can be used with our fan shroud (055-0181) and DC fans (071-0100 or 071-0200) to build a compact, efficient air cooled condenser for Danfoss compressors.  For capacity guidance and photo click on the part number.

Roll-Bond
Evaporators
 

Roll-bond evaporators are the world-wide standard for building efficient, low-cost refrigerator and freezer systems.  Ours may be purchased pre-bent into convenient "boxes", flat or custom-bent to your requirements.   All RParts roll-bond evaporators are constructed of powder-coated aluminum and supplied with the  capillary tube and copper suction line (1/4") pre-installed.  All standard capillary tubes are 98" in length and ID of .022".  We highly recommend purchasing a capillary tube strainer as the capillary tube is highly susceptible to contamination and clogging.  Clogged capillary tubes will not be warranted.

These coaxial heat exchangers are suitable for use as condensers or "chiller" evaporators.  The refrigerant circuit is run through the outer tube and the water (sea water or glycol) is run through the  90-10 copper-nickel inner tube.  012-1005 is used with a Danfoss Compressor in one of our water-cooled DIY kits.  For capacity guidance, photos and additional information click on the part number.
