Custom Roll-Bond Evaporators

The three largest flat roll-bond evaporators can be ordered pre-bent into an "L" or "U" shape.  The possible bend locations are limited to specific areas.  However, there are many different potential combinations offering excellent flexibility in optimizing your design.  We DO NOT recommend trying to bend these evaporators yourself as there is significant risk of creasing the refrigerant passages.  We highly recommend purchasing a capillary tube strainer as the capillary tube is highly susceptible to contamination and clogging.  To order a custom bent evaporator, simply select the size desired then identify the bend angle (if any) at each location.  Custom bending adds $38.00 (any number of bends) to the cost of the flat plate alone.

NOTE: Bends are always made "toward" you when viewed with the suction and capillary tube on the right side.
