no power from carel retro fit

Postby robert edmunds » Mon Jan 11, 2010 5:00 pm

"I installed a new BD-50 along with a control module yesterday, the carel thermostat powered up and was showing evaperator temperature. However I was getting no signal to the module. During programming I did not get ST 1 symbol. The symbol shgowed ( S then a character that looks like an upside down F 1. Is this the symbol or is it in error? any other suggestions as to why the thermostat is not communicating with the module."

"Robert,The "T" is displayed in lowercase on the Carel display, it looks like an upside down "F". We will correct the manual so "ST" is shown as "St". Sorry about the confusion.Forum Tech"
