Small Kegerator

I would like to build a small kegerator to store home brewed beer under my kitchen cabinets. The approximate size would be 22?ó?é¼?¥ wide X 30?ó?é¼?¥ tall X 11?ó?é¼?¥ deep or 4.2 cubic feet. Voltage would be 110volts the evaporator would be flat vertically mounted. What sizing of components would be required and can you supply a complete package?
