Thermostat failure?

My system has been running for about three weeks, with nothing inside. I noticed yesterday that the system is running continuously. Even when I sweep the thermostat control through it's entire range, it does not cut off. If I turn the thermostat to off, the system does stop. I was running fine for 2-3 weeks...now it's not. Any idea what's going on?

Never mind. It appears I may be leaking refridgerent. The cold plate is not getting as cold as before.
