Charging adaptors

I have truck that used a 5747 compressor. Could not find a replacement. I bought a universal type Sanden ( SD510 ). Only problem is no way to charge system. Fittings are 7/8 & 3/4 o-ring type. I need fitting to go between compressor and existing hose. Is that available???Thanks
