Sanden 508 compressor fittings.

I have an old Sanden 508 compressor with the flare fittings and could not find one (specifically chrome) that came with new flare fittings. I have a new compressor 4505nadp. I found your website that has these mushroom looking conversion fittings so that I can keep my old hoses. The line ports I am told are 5/8 and 1/2 inch or #10 and #8 o-rings. I need the part numbers for the correct mushroom adapters so that I can order them. Can anyone help?????????
