This item is the 019-0100 Roll Bond Evaporator with custom bends to form a Box, an L shape, or even a Z shape. Just as with the 019-0100, the starting material is 33.25" x 11.38" and the final size is dependent upon the bends.

There are limtations where the bends can be located due to the size and shape of the integrated tubing that is in every Roll Bond Evaporator. The diagram below shows where the bends can be placed. Note that the dimensions are to the center of the bends.

Each roll bond evaporator can be bent in many combinations of the bend locations shown in the diagram. To configure your custom bends select from the bend locations at the bottom of this page. Using the diagram at the right as a guide, select for each bend in order starting with Bend A, whether the bend location will be left without bending (select NONE) or the bend location would be bent away from you or into the page (select IN) or bent toward you or out of the page (select OUT). For example, a box would be all four bend locations in the same direction (either IN or OUT as long as they are all the same). The box shape does not include a bottom or end plate, therefore the box shape is actually a rectangular tube that is open on each end. (For a box with wiat a bottom order 019-0100B.)

An L would have a single bend location selected as IN or OUT and all other bend locations would be selected as NONE.

An evaporator shaped as a U would be accomplished by selecting two bend locations with the same direction (both IN or both OUT it makes no difference) and the remaining bend locations would be selected as none.

A Z shape is accomplished by selecting two bend locations with different directions (one IN and one OUT) and the remaining bend locations selected as NONE.
